DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the Engineering Department of our client, a leader in the hospitality industry based in the south area. This is a hands-on leadership role with high accountability, overseeing daily operations and serving as the subject-matter expert during a major renovation project.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Engineering operations across all facilities
Oversee safety, security, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and remodeling activities
Act as the Engineering SME working with external Construction Company PMs
Support a multi-phase master renovation plan
Manage engineering coverage of three buildings, plus banquet areas, conference spaces, golf campus, and clubhouse
Lead and develop a team of 25 in the engineering and grounds department
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards

Requirements

8-10+ years of engineering leadership experience in hospitality or large commercial facilities (hospitals, manufacturing plants)
Strong project management experience
Proven hands-on leader with high accountability
Deep technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
