A successful Project Coordinator shall be able to design fiber optic telecommunications facilities, including routing, necessary equipment, and location of equipment; determine which permits or licenses are required and obtain when necessary.*Essential Functions:*
- 1. The ability to work safely, with or without supervision.

- 4. Detail oriented, well organized, and effective in multi-tasking.
- 5. Set daily and weekly project goals.
- 6. Good oral/written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- 7. Coordinate, review, and verify daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- 8. Perform field survey.
- 9. The ability to work seated at a table or in the field for extended periods.
- Design and build Fiber-Hoods, MDU's & condominiums projects.
- Analysis, creation, and implementation of an Outside Plant GIS-based Mapping & Asset Management Tool, including network diagrams and documentation regarding the outside plant.
- Procurement documentation, construction permits, with municipal agencies and government offices.
- Acquire agreement, access to gated communities or MDU's.
- Develop Project Plan for green and brown field communities.
- Manage relations with contractors, request for proposal and contractors' agreement.
- Customer site visits, analysis & engineering sales duties.
- Monitors and reports on all phases of residential and commercial construction projects.
- Draft field layout information detailing footages, equipment needed and customer feeds. Submit to and review with the design department.
- Budget project expenses based on completed design. This includes cost estimates, compiling bill of materials, project authorizations, budget tracking.
