We provide end-to-end technical solutions to B2B merchants across Puerto Rico, including hardware and software installations, system processing, on-site service, warranty support, and material supply. In addition to field service, team members provide operational assistance to the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.*Responsibilities:*
- Deliver comprehensive technical support for point-of-sale hardware, software, and network systems used by B2B merchants.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot merchant devices and peripherals on-site across Puerto Rico.
- Ensure all merchant systems operate efficiently, providing warranty services and maintaining equipment as required.
- Supply and manage necessary materials for merchant operations.
- Assist the company operationally with internal processes and system management when needed.
- Document all service activities accurately, reporting to management and escalating issues when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with merchants to provide clear guidance and exceptional customer service.
- Proven experience in technical support or field services, ideally within B2B environments.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform installations and maintenance of systems on-site.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to work with merchants and internal teams.
- Prior experience with point-of-sale systems, payment processing hardware, or similar enterprise technology is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, mobile field environments while maintaining professional service standards.
