- Use Data to Drive Better Decisions: Analyze information, identify opportunities, and support recommendations that advance our Digital First strategy, improve productivity, and enhance customer experiences.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Help evaluate current processes and design smarter, more efficient ways of working, while learning how innovation happens within a regulated and risk-aware banking environment.
- Current Students: Be enrolled in an accredited college or university. Undergraduate students (junior or senior standing, GPA 3.0+) are preferred. Graduate students (Master's and Doctorate) are also encouraged to apply.
- Fields of Study: Candidates pursuing degrees in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. If your major isn’t listed but you’re passionate about digital banking and innovation, we still encourage you to apply.
- Experience Level: Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred. We value curiosity, strong skills, and the willingness to learn.
- Work Schedule & Location: Availability to work in a hybrid/on-site environment during Summer 2026 reporting to San Juan, PR. Some travel opportunities may be available depending on the project.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Analytical and Data-Driven Thinking: Ability to gather, interpret, and use data to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate clearly and professionally across teams, both in person and through digital channels (English and Spanish preferred where required).
- Digital and Technical Fluency: Comfort using modern workplace and banking technology tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, virtual collaboration platforms) and adapting quickly in a digital-first environment.
- Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial statements, perform financial modeling, and understand key financial metrics (required for some roles).
- Learning Agility & Curiosity: Demonstrates a willingness to learn, ask thoughtful questions, seek feedback, and quickly develop new skills in a fast-paced, regulated industry.
- Problem-Solving & Project Execution: Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through structured problem-solving and strong attention to quality.
