RSK Services, in collaboration with Stenson Tamaddon, is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sales Director to work from our San Juan office and help build a national sales organization focused on tariff recovery and related business recovery services. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to build, manage, and scale a sales function from the ground up. The right candidate will begin by recruiting, training, and leading an initial team of four sales professionals, while developing the structure, discipline, and performance culture necessary to grow that team into a much larger national platform over time.This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role. We are looking for someone who is energized by creating systems, setting expectations, driving accountability, and producing measurable revenue results. Our organization is highly performance-driven, and this position is for a leader who is comfortable operating in an environment where activity, execution, and outcomes matter.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, building and managing the early-stage sales team, establishing reporting and accountability metrics, refining sales scripts and outreach processes, and working closely with leadership to identify target industries, market opportunities, and growth priorities. You will be expected to create a disciplined sales culture centered on prospecting, pipeline management, conversion performance, and continuous improvement. As the business expands, you will play a central role in scaling the team, strengthening management structure, and helping transform a small initial sales unit into a significant national sales force.The ideal candidate has substantial experience leading sales teams, scaling outbound or business development functions, and building repeatable processes that drive revenue. Experience in professional services, legal-adjacent services, financial recovery services, tax-related services, consulting, or other high-value B2B solution selling environments is strongly preferred. The strongest candidates will be confident leaders, strong communicators, highly organized operators, and relentless in their focus on performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead, and manage an initial team of four sales hires from our San Juan office
  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy for tariff recovery and related service offerings
  • Recruit, train, coach, and hold team members accountable to clear activity and production standards
  • Establish KPIs, reporting systems, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking processes
  • Refine sales messaging, outreach strategy, qualification standards, and closing processes
  • Work directly with executive leadership to align sales growth with company objectives
  • Create a scalable sales infrastructure capable of supporting significant national expansion
  • Drive a culture of urgency, professionalism, accountability, and results
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, including team-building and performance management
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and scaling a sales organization
  • Experience leading outbound sales or business development efforts preferred
  • Ability to recruit, motivate, and develop high-performing sales talent
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and process-development skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation, results-driven environment
  • Professional presence and strong communication skills
  • B2B sales experience required; experience in professional services or complex solutions preferred
