This role requires a professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to successfully deliver complex initiatives, including manual line production and validation projects.QualificationsRequirements:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
  • ​Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing diverse projects, including production line, validation, and technology implementation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Familiarity with validation processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
