We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Coordinator to support the planning and execution of construction projects. This role will work closely with project management and field teams to ensure smooth coordination, compliance, and timely delivery across all phases of construction.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement the Construction Execution PlanCoordinate with contractors and construction firms to define field support requirementsSet up and organize job sites for pre-construction and ongoing activitiesLead construction meetings and field coordination sessionsReview underground drawings and documentation to identify potential interferencesManage permitting processes as requiredMaintain organized records of project progress, including photo documentationTrack and record daily construction activitiesMonitor installation of materials and equipment to ensure quality and complianceManage and track project punch lists to ensure timely completion of outstanding itemsParticipate in project closeout activities, including documentation and final inspectionsCoordinate with contractors on post-construction warranty workQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), or a related field5-8 years of experience in construction coordination or project support rolesPreferred Experience & SkillsExperience supporting large-scale industrial projectsKnowledge of construction safety practices and standards (OSHA 30 certification preferred)Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GMP) is a plusExperience participating in constructability and design reviewsStrong ability to identify and mitigate scheduling conflictsExcellent organizational and documentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive and risk-aware mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
