- Partner with the Project Manager to develop and implement the Construction Execution Plan.
- Collaborate with construction firms to define field support requirements and ensure proper resource allocation.
- Support job site setup and readiness for pre-construction and construction activities.
- Lead construction meetings and field coordination sessions to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Review underground drawings and photo documentation to identify potential interferences and risks.
- Manage the permitting process, including securing required permits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date underground and construction progress photo documentation.
- Record and track daily construction activities and field progress.
- Participate actively in construction meetings and project coordination discussions.
- Develop, manage, and track project punch lists to ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
- Review installed materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Support project closeout activities, ensuring completion of all documentation and deliverables.
- Coordinate with contractors to address warranty items and post-construction activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in construction project execution, preferably in industrial or regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, field coordination, and project documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale capital projects (>$250M), particularly in industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in construction safety on complex projects.
- Experience participating in constructability reviews and design evaluations.
- Strong ability to proactively identify and mitigate schedule conflicts.
